RETURN, REFUND, AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
At RVA Peptides, all products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only. Due to the sensitive nature of these materials and to ensure compliance with quality control standards, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided herein.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
RVA Peptides maintains a strict no return and no refund policy. Under no circumstances will returns or refunds be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, customer ordering errors, changes in purchasing decisions, or improper handling or use of products. This policy is implemented to preserve the integrity, sterility, and quality assurance of all products distributed.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers must inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. In the event that a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the customer must notify RVA Peptides within seventy two (72) hours of confirmed delivery by submitting a written claim to support@rvapeptides.com.
All claims must include:
- The order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence supporting the claim
Failure to provide notice within the specified timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the product as delivered and a waiver of any claims related thereto.
RVA Peptides reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine the validity of all claims and, if deemed appropriate, to issue a replacement product.
LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of RVA Peptides and only under the following limited circumstances:
- The order was not delivered due to an error attributable to RVA Peptides; or
- A verified issue has been reported within the required timeframe and a replacement is not feasible
Under no circumstances will refunds or replacements be issued for products that have been opened, used, altered, or returned without prior written authorization.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RVA Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or misuse of its products. All products are provided “as is” for research purposes only.
