SHIPPING POLICY
At RVA Peptides, we are committed to processing and shipping orders in a timely and reliable manner while maintaining the integrity of all products.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days from the date the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
SHIPPING FEES
A flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 USD will be applied to all orders unless otherwise specified at checkout.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all contact and shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
INCORRECT ADDRESS / RETURNED TO SENDER
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. RVA Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. RVA Peptides does not guarantee refunds or replacements for orders lost due to incorrect address information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
RVA Peptides is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier and tracking has been issued, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
Verify your shipping address
Check with neighbors or household members
Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
RVA Peptides does not guarantee replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
DELAYS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RVA Peptides is not liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, or additional charges caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Carrier delays or service disruptions
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Customs processing or inspections
Acts of God or other unforeseen events
