Any violation of this section shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that research compounds may be hazardous and involve inherent risks. By purchasing and using any product from RVA Peptides, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with handling, storage, and use. RVA Peptides shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from improper use or handling.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RVA Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or other losses arising out of or related to:
- The use or misuse of any products
- Improper handling, storage, or application
- Failure to follow proper research protocols
All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS
All orders placed with RVA Peptides are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Suspected misuse or unlawful intent
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Inventory limitations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be canceled.
6. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. RVA Peptides reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. RVA Peptides does not store or have access to full payment card information.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. RVA Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations regarding the purchase, use, and handling of research materials. It is your responsibility to ensure that products purchased from RVA Peptides are legal in your jurisdiction.
